West London Centre for Counselling

West London Centre for Counselling (WLCC) is a charity providing a free, confidential counselling service for people 18 years and older who live in Hammersmith and Fulham or who are registered with a GP in the borough. They have been serving people in the borough for over 20 years, and now work with the NHS’s Back on Track (IAPT) service.

Back on Track

Back on Track is a free NHS service. It is part of the government’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (IAPT). They provide treatment for anxiety and depression, as well as a range of workshops for stress, poor sleep or emotional problems. Treatment is confidential and you can book to see them without needing to be referred by your GP.
